Update Readme

So the readme seems quite bare, however there's a lot of nice information around that we could add that's already here (namely in the wiki).

• Fixing #12
• Adding build information, maybe by just linking to the wiki page.
• Adding workflow batches once #9 actually works.
• Maybe some more information about how people can start contributing
