A first pass at what I believe will be a fairly integral feature - Scratchpad!
I keep making notes from things I observe using the apps tooling. This is an idea to make it so the app can keep a hold of the notes itself.
There is a branch to merge into libwhatsthis, but it hits an "ambiguous indirect export" error - so I've omitted it for now.
