User Email should not be "N/A" when not provided, it should be null. #109

When the user email is not provided it should be set to null or "". Telling me
that it was not available with a "N/A" is inconsistent; a null or empty string
instead would be better. It would:

 - Be more consistent with the rest of the project.
 - Not require servers on the recieving end of a HTTPPost to handle it in a special way.
 - Require sending (slightly) less data over mobile connections.

Obviously keeping things consistent for developers is more important than
saving a few bytes.
