Feature Description

We can add a feedback section or we can say tab to know how the user are interacting with the service provided initially , gives more clarity to the provider . then according to those feedbacks we can keep updates on the app , further user research can be done through this way

Use Case

According to those feedbacks provided by the users we can keep updates on the app , further user research can be done through this way and improve according to the requirements Feedback can serve as a channel for users to seek help, enabling support teams to address concerns directly within the app.

Benefits

1. More clarity of what user's are gaining and what further requirements can be provided
2. User Research , not exactly but we can understand their requirements were fulfilled or any changes has to be made
