Feature: Add Left over items #91

Description

Added 4 screens to collect different types of data regarding the food items.
A success screen to denote successful additions Add present I have linked this to add Restaurant button temporarily till adequate UI is built
Fixed the main activity bug which prevented app from launching
Added relevant animations.
