What license is this code under? #13

Hello, I'm interested in this type of functionality in Spark, but I don't want to use the code if it isn't under a permissive license like the Apache license that the core spark project is under, or a compatible license like MIT. It doesn't appear to currently have a license listed, could you add one to the repo to be clear how others are allowed to use this code?
