Report (calling http request continuously after certain period for real time progress report(15s?!) and Report tab does not show updated report without refreshing the page)

Possible solution: Separate Dashboard Controller & Report Controller in Teacher Portal.

Timeline: Team will start from 8-12-2016 will take 2 days for one person and one person will do this.

Server is still responding slowly - but the report bug still exist.

We need to upgrade the server, configure it, implement cache etc (https://varvy.com/pagespeed/improve-server-response.html). Created other issues to solve them step by step.
