Question Wise Report #101

Need to check question wise report for all questions type to make sure everything is working as it should.

From my testings today everything was working. Question wise report wise. We have to do some more testing today as for the staging server. However, The page loading takes a while. While sending an assignment (teacher portal) and student to-do page in student portal.

Issue #85 was fixed in development but the change didn't happen on staging. This is currently being merged and should be fixed soon.

Everything is working as it should. Issue fixed.
