teachers ID can be " email address" or "mobile number" #108

@Sujayet-Ekhlas when you finish the current busy task, pls do the testing for this issue. and let me know if it works OK testing was done by @MaroofP already

1.For creating e-mail, User-name became mandatory??

Username is needed to be shown in the page ( like, "Sujayet" Teacher)

1) checking from Mobile APK file is left

2) Username can be deleted from creating-teacher-ID page.
