This is what I could come up with.

The following questions need to be answered (Please add more if needed):

Technical Question

  1. Will the Coaching School/Teacher (Eg: A Teacher giving tuition making batches of students.) get access to Demo Podokkhep Application or we’ll be giving them demo presentation?
  2. How the users will access demo podokkhep application?

  3. Will there be separate application for each Coaching School/Teacher (Eg: A Teacher giving tuition making batches of students.) ?

    Example: Case A: All Coaching School/Teacher access the same Demo Podokkhep Application (demo.podokkhep.com) Case B: Each Coaching School/Teacher will have their dedicated Hosted Demo Podokkhep Application (Eg: abc.podokkhep.com, def.podokkhep.com)

Feature Question (Assuming):

  1. Will the user get admin panel access? Yes a. Will they be able to create/update batches? b. Will they be able to create/update teachers? c. Will they be able to create/update students? d. Will they get our current batches, teachers & students? If yes then will they be able to update those records? e. Will they see students/teacher only created by them or will they get access to our existing student/teacher list? f. Will they be able to assign teacher / students to batches? g. Will they be able to create/update courses from admin panel? h. If they don’t create courses then would we provide courses from our production / staging server? If yes then will they be able to update those courses? i. If answer of the above questions are “NO” then what will be our approach? No a. How to perform the above tasks?

  2. Will the user get teacher portal access? Yes a. How many batches a teacher will get access to? b. Will they get access to real time progress? c. Will they be able to create Assignment/Assessment/Homework? If yes which type(s) of course (MCQ, Fill in the gap/Sentence Rearrange/Sentence Matching) they will get access to? d. Will they get access to report? If yes which reports they will get access to? e. Will they be able to see student’s progress (First Time/Second Time)? f. Will they get access to Student wise report? No a. What will be a teacher’s task?

  3. Will the user get student portal access? Yes a. Will they get to do list? b. Will they get submitted list? c. Will they be able to start course? d. Will they be able to Re-take course? e. Will they be able to see their result after completing a course? No a. What will be a student’s tasks?
