Remove the need to confirm SmartTags #297

From the retreat: possibly not intuitive/obvious that a user needs to manually confirm the Smart Tag suggestions => remove the need to confirm SmartTags.

After discussing; The confirmation is important to not accidentally add random tags. Issue is obsolete
