I am going to push support style questions (non-bug, non-enhancement, not directly software development targeted) that land in our issue reports to either of two new resources, this gitter account and a new dedicated freenode IRC channel. Will update the contributing docs with this information as soon as setup is complete.
Feel free to use either of these new communication resources for anything that is more appropriate there rather than as an issue report on the Hack software here.
And for anyone who has an interest in helping to support the Hack project, please join one or both of these new comm channels and pitch in. We could use the help with many of the platform-specific troubleshooting style questions that users have and need your expertise. We also need testers who are willing to proof and sign off on changes before releases across platforms. If you have an interest in contributing to the project in either of these ways, please let us know.
