hyphen-minus is longer than en-dash #488

In contradiction to all other fonts, Hack displays the hyphen-minus (-) longer than the en-dash (–). This leads to awkward readability when both are used in text. The real hyphen gets rendered correct by Hack, somehow.

Here right above you see, that GitHub’s font (Nimbus Sans) renders the hyphen-minus way shorter than the en-dash, which is correct and coherent with all other fonts I ever used.

Here’s Hack’s rendering comparison: Bildschirmfoto von 2019-06-03 02-37-16

This also hit me some time ago and has been discussed in https://github.com/source-foundry/Hack/issues/426 (and apparently also fixed). We only lack a release reflecting the changes :-(

This bugs me also, so much that I won't use Hack. There hasn't been a release since 2018?!
