Windows install pack without an exe #666

Is there a set of fonts we can download and install without using the exe? Maybe with a simple text file explaining what the exe does, other than installing the fonts? There are many reasons these days to not run executables downloaded from external sources, specially when there should be a simple alternative.

Just go to the release page and download the Hack-v3.003-ttf.zip file. The four fonts are inside.
