Supports versioning of changes on the ttfautohint-build side while maintaining consistency with version number in ttfautohint.

vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH.BUILD

where BUILD refers to ttfautohint-build changes for a given ttfautohint release represented by the SemVer MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH.
