update Harfbuzz to v2.5.0 #34

Harfbuzz converted to tar.xz archive formats only as of v2.5.0. Pull and unpack source modified in https://github.com/source-foundry/ttfautohint-build/pull/34/commits/dbadd6a125fad7206996cf122eb6aa64611f4ada

Build fails. Closing. Will need to troubleshoot further before this is ready for builds with Harfbuzz v2.5.0
