Inventory software upgrades

We're upgrading the inventory software to have a web interface and use a SQLite db.

I'm currently working on this.

Data has been extracted from the old system.

I plan to put a version of this live soon.

A version of this went live in March 2020

It is now no longer live and we reverted to the google sheet
