Take inventory of the uncounted RUBs #264

All the rubs in the cupboard marked "I20" or "INV2020" need to have their contents counted and the relevant rows filled in on the equipment list. On the kit list sheet, some of the rows don't have the 'Qty have' column filled in and this needs to be filled to know how much of everything we need to order.

The I20 marks are there for adding to the new inventory system, but we should also feed this data into the equipment sheet.

The contents of some of the RUBs has become a bit mixed up, since the 2 new RUB-bots had no RUBs to go in and the materials for making more are also in their own separate repurposed RUB.

The labels have become wrong so we need to take inventory of some of the RUBs again if it looks like the contents aren't what the label says

This is part of a systemic issue that's being resolved
