Prepare participant (host) computers

The plan is for competitors to connect to desktop PCs which are running the simulator and VSCode using VSCode Live Share. The machines hosting that connection will need setting up.

Things we need on these machines:

• [x] (Assuming they're Windows 10 to start with)
• [x] Python 3.9
  • [ ] pip install simulator base libraries, at least numpy and scipy, though probably just all of https://github.com/sourcebots/competition-simulator/blob/master/libraries.txt
• [ ] Webots 2021b
  • [ ] First run/configure preferences/select the right Python
• [x] VSCode
  • [x] Python extension (and maybe a few others that are useful)
• [ ] git?
• [ ] copy of the competition-simulator distribution
  • [ ] plus editor configuration for completions & debugging (see https://studentrobotics.org/docs/programming/editors/vscode)
• [ ] simulator-runner

Please do add to this list with things we want on the machines.

Turns out that the Webots installer does indeed have a /silent mode, as you'd hope. It looks like we also want to use ~one of either /allusers or~ /currentuser (as the latter doesn't need admin access). (See also https://www.cyberbotics.com/doc/guide/installation-procedure#installation-on-windows)

We should run Webots for the first time (or set up the initial preferences), so that the first run prompt has gone away.

Apparently most of this has now been installed on the machines, albeit manually. Some still needs doing though. We now have remote access to all the machines and will have in-person access to them during the week.

I'm assuming that this has happened. Certainly the first of the lab sessions has, so it seems likely that this has too.
