Create competition information section #38

I figure this needs doing and populating with info about the different volunteer roles etc...

If it turns out we're using the same role descriptions as SR, we should link to it rather than embed. Not only because licensing, but it means we're not duplicating.

If we're linking, then I don't think there's a need for individual pages, we can just list them in 1.

I disagree with only linking. We should make a duplicate copy as we cannot rely on the SR docs to always exist. The SR docs I was going through yesterday were licensed under Creative Commons.

I'm going to merge this PR so that I can work on the actual roles.
