Make Volunteer Docs unique #39

Distinguish the volunteer docs from the normal docs by using a brighter purple, a texture pattern, and a notice on the top. The notice on the top serves as a notice for mobile viewers, but it still looks nice on desktop so I left it there too.

(It's meant to look like the fabric of a t-shirt of a volunteer)

The commits in this PR are very clean and distinct, so I recommend reviewers step through them one by one.

That looks great! Although im not sure colour is enough? Mostly because im now wondering if you could change the actual docs to that colour too 😋
