Information: SRComp #42

As SRComp is very spread about, we should make a page with links to the most recent repositories along with any additional information about it that is not included in the README files for those repositories.

Since this issue was created, I've updated https://github.com/PeterJCLaw/srcomp/wiki/Component-Overview and created a new system overview at https://github.com/PeterJCLaw/srcomp/wiki#structure. If there is more information that is useful, I'd rather add it there (or, probably better, improve the READMEs) so that the information is available for all users of SRComp.
