Fix spelling order scripts #50

Currently different versions of the sort command cause the file to be sorted wrong on different machines. This ignores the case of the words in the file and should fix that issue.

This appears to be to do with - being defined differently alphabetically

@mildlyincompetent It's not quite as simple as 'case sensitive'. If the word is all lower cased, then any casing is supported. If casing is specific, then it must be in that case.
