I dislike the separation of documentation here. This is an issue that Student Robotics had and the whole point of the volunteer docs was to avoid that. On a more positive point, it's good to document things and I suggest that we link to it from the vol-docs.

SRComp is a separate project from SourceBots (and also from Student Robotics at this point). Since the score sheets are coupled to SRComp, it seemed reasonable to include some instructions there.

That is a reasonable comment. I suggest we link to the SRComp documentation to make it easier for people to find. A link from the menu is probably sufficient.
