We'll want an initiative to track the work that goes into The CredSperiment

Talked about in Team call 4/30.

Because CredSperiment is an ongoing Initiative and don't have a good way to express those (#44). We'll frame the CredSperiment in finite stages.

CredSperiment Alpha: from the start until the beta.1 milestone is reached.
CredSperiment Beta: from beta.1 onward untill ...TBA.

The work to run and maintain the experiment can be added as contributions there. Furthermore the following contributions were identified.

Dependencies:
- Timeline Cred
- Discourse Plugin
- Scores API
Contributions:
- Set up the payment observable notebooks
- Get PL signoff and budget to fund the CredSperiment
- Coordinate funding with PL and Amico
- Effect grain transfers
- Weekly grain distributions
