Provide a way to configure SMS ingestion #2

A single page which brings together the items related to SMS ingest. These include the URI of the SMS gateway, the account credentials, etc.

The scope and feasibility of this feature request in unclear, thus i am postponing it to the next milestone, since the current one is very close. Moving from Barebones to May
