DBParameterGroup Issue #45

After upgrading from 1.5.1 to 2.0.0, I am receiving the following message for SQL Server

│ Error: Error creating DB Instance: DBParameterGroupNotFound: DBParameterGroup not found: sqlserver-se-15.0
