ux: brush color for LineBackgroundRenderer #164

Please change the target branch of merge to develop instead of master

  1. The LineBackgroundRenderer color is not comfortable for the Light theme: image
  2. Windows's background in this PR is too gray. For example: You can see the Github page in this screen shot behind this app with your PR. image
