feat: add support for Traditional Chinese (zh_TW) i18n

Description

This Pull Request adds support for Traditional Chinese (zh_TW) internationalization (i18n) to the project. It includes translations for user-facing text and integrates with the existing i18n framework.

Changes Made

• Added zh_TW translation files
• Updated i18n configuration to include zh_TW support
• Translated all user interface text to Traditional Chinese

Notes

I hope this addition will allow Traditional Chinese users to use the software in their preferred language, making it more accessible and user-friendly.
