Change the behavior of "Get Started" button on the Cody pricing page #6571

On the Cody pricing page, we need to change the behavior of the "Get started" button in the "Free tier" section. Instead of taking the user to this page, it should do exactly the same thing as happens when the user clicks the "Get started with Cody free" button on the website header.
