Remove the "Install the App" portion of the /get-started web page

Today we have the page https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started, which has 2 buttons:

• "Install the app" (https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started?t=app)
• "Request an enterprise trial" (https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started?t=enterprise)

We want to remove the "app" portion of the page, so that the page only has the enterprise trial portion.

Requirements:

• Remove the "Install the app" button on the left side of the page
• The link "https://about.sourcegraph.com/get-started?t=app" should no longer take users to app install instructions
• The page should only show the enterprise trial form
