Design updates to Cody page #6620

Note for hero animation: The animation should be the same, but should show the new code example shown in the mockup.

Update image shown in Autocomplete section.
Update section colors and background color as shown in mockup.
Update tags shown in the "available for" section
Update size/layout of image in Chat section to reflect mockup
Add logo pond
Add testimonial section
Update commands section images to fit the new size/layout
Update body copy styling throughhout as shown in mockup
Update bottom of page CTA sections to match mockup (new copy and design there)
