Add Lucide Icon support #6998

The design team has decided to use Lucide icons for all of product and marketing. I'd like to go ahead and get the library supported on the marketing site.

Lucide for React

Requirements: Must also allow for use of custom icons or those from Lucide Labs (we are already in the process of building custom icons) Must prioritize page performance and a streamlined build Must be able to use custom props . Can you take a look at these and tell me if we can pass a linear gradient into them? I think I saw a gradient prop.

Once we know this is supported and ready, we will start swapping out icons on the site in a separate ticket.
