Description:

Some users with privacy filters (like users on Brave browser or users with uBlock Origin) see a blank page at sourcegraph.com/cody.

Test plan:

• Download brave browser or install uBlock Origin on chrome
• Turn uBlock Origin if testing on chrome
• Navigate to /cody

Test cases:

• Cody page loads
• Default title is shown if no usergroup found
