A limitation of the Changelog today is its support for displaying only one version number of a Sourcegraph release or IDE version. This is problematic because some features we release require both a new Sourcegraph and IDE version update, and it's impossible to note this in the Changelog.
We need to design a solution that allows for multiple versions to be displayed/attributed to a changelog post - it will allow us to accurately display compatibility for customers, as well as help with refining filters/URLs to share with customers.
