[Generative] Defining AI Code Quality for Enterprises #1482

The AI team wants to create a test suite that can analyze a customer's codebase for the best Cody configuration. However, we don't have a solid idea of what quality markers we should be testing. This research would define what quality markers to test for. This work will most likely be assistive for @rishabhmehrotra and team.
