JetBrains: Too Many Notifications Upon Startup After Install #4698

After installing for the first time, Cody creates many notifications (see screenshot). I'm guessing it's 1 per project that I have open.

Oops, didn't realize the JetBrains plugin is a different repo, moved issue to https://github.com/sourcegraph/jetbrains/issues/1833
