VS Code: Custom Commands option is not getting enabled #5178

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Cody plugin installed in your VS Code editor
  2. Login to Cody with Any user
  3. Make sure there is already code written in Vs Code
  4. Click on settings option in left corner and create custom command
  5. Select code and try selecting custom command option

Observed behavior:

Custom command option is not getting enabled

Expected behavior

Custom command option should get enable
