bug: Cody panel prevents maximizing terminal panel #5207

Describe the bug

Cody panel (clicked "Open In Editor") that is opened prevents expanding terminal window with the Up-arrow ("Maximize panel size"). Instead the Up-arrow selects/flashes the Cody prompt input-box.

Expected behavior

Shouldn't interfere with the terminal window just as if you dragged the terminal window into a larger size.

Cody panel in any sort of tab/panel configuration does this. Immediately after closing the window, one can maximize terminal window. I don't know if this a vscode bug rather but you could report it further if so.
