Describe the bug

WHen you have a long chat which can happen when you trigger the "copy and edit context" the model dropdown moves from below the chat textarea to above it. WHen that happens on small enough screens the top LLMS can no longer be selected even when scrolling to the top

Expected behavior

All models to be visible
