readme should mention gopls instead of bingo #367

Hey Everyone, the Readme mentions saibing/bingo, but as of https://github.com/saibing/bingo/commit/6e7f3c3517e1c5d00a8488b5fe0b7409cab6d736 bingo is no longer maintained (more info at https://github.com/saibing/bingo/issues/13). The Readme for go-langserver should probably point directly to gopls instead?

gopls is still under active development, but it has been stable for me. That wiki page includes the install instructions.
