Include -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock in the instructions #58

This allows Sourcegraph to pull images and run containers.

We should not duplicate this line in each readme because it will be a pain to update when we release new versions. I would figure out how to link to docs on about.sourcegraph.com

I agree with @nicksnyder for especially the reason that there is a version number hardcoded in the instructions
