Bitbucket Server integration only works if signed into Bitbucket #10405

When not signed into Bitbucket, the integration does not appear at all (no Sourcegraph icon anywhere, no hovers, nothing). It only appears to work if signed into Bitbucket.

In practice this is probably of low importance, since most users would be signed in I imagine, but I did notice it and wonder if there is any particular reason this is the case?
