The .tool-versions in https://github.com/sourcegraph/deploy-sourcegraph and https://github.com/sourcegraph/deploy-sourcegraph-docker haven't been reviewed recently and could be quite of date. Some dependencies have been updated recently to unblock failing builds but a systematic review is in order.

Potentially look into using Renovate to automate this for future updates.
