Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for this problem. I see a few options here

• Revisit all insights page and instead of rendering all insights, render only favourite/starred/pinned insights. Rendering all insights doesn't make sense to me since this dashboard usually has too many things and I never found something that I was looking for in this dashboard. I think having a search over insights would be useful there as well but rendering all insights and making them resizable perhaps is just too much for a dashboard like this. Also, I bet that nobody resizes/drag their insights on this dashboard.
• Investigate our own solution around grid layout card for insights. The current solution doesn't support virtualization and hence we render everything at once. Instead of this, we should implement the grid layout where we could render only the visible part of the dashboard and render a mock elements to preserve scroll position for insights that are not in the visible viewport.
