Page layout "jumps" while switching tabs #35139

Sourcegraph version: .com
Platform information: MacOS, Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

Go to a Sourcegraph feature like Notebooks or code monitoring.
Click on another tab within the page, like getting started
This behavior doesn't occur for all tabs (e.g. within code monitoring, the getting started tab causes this jump, but the logs tab does not)

Expected behavior:

Everything above the tabs should stay in the same place.
The content under the tab should stay in place.

Actual behavior:

All the page content shifts to the left/right by about 8px when changing between certain tabs.
