batches: add docs on removing src-cli caches #36305

From #34943: while we have flags to clear archives and workspaces, these aren't necessarily triggered at the point the user expects. Let's also document where we write files from src so users can manually remove caches if they want to.

I could be convinced that we should backlog this, but I also wonder if this isn't something worth taking on sooner. I vote to keep this on in P2, as it is related to a customer issue.
