Insights: display just-in-time insights information on the search results screen #38440

Problem to solve

Code Insights is a valuable feature that empowers engineering leaders but does not currently provide direct value to the individual developer's core workflow in Sourcegraph.

Measure of success

Number of unique users triggering an interaction (hovers, diff clicks, "go to insights", other actions) as a % of total users. (Secondarily, as a % of total search.)

Solution summary

We will embed % change over some time interval in the search results, as well as an insight view (graph with historical trend).

Artifacts:

What specific customers are we iterating on the problem and solution with?

We'll be iterating with our managed instance customers and our sourcegraph.sourcegraph.com instance, to get the fastest feedback.
