Move to 15-day trial

Proposal

• I'm proposing to make all PLG-trial 15 days by default for now, but systematically extend by 15 more days when users do something interesting.
• Note: PLG trials are those that are requested from the signup page, this would not apply to trials requested by CEs.
• Rationale: if you don't login or do something with your instance the first 15 days, you won't login the other 15 days.

Steps

  • [ ] Add a GCP label plg-trial for all PLG trials, defined as "initial admins include malo@ and ericbm@"
  • [ ] Update automation to warn about trials expiry 15-day for cloud trials
• [ ] @malomarrec Update handbook
• [ ] message in growth and CE, making clear that only trials that come through signup.sourcegraph.com and are automatically provisioned are affected, not those requested by CE

@ebrodymoore this means plg-trial instances will have a specific tag in GCP. I don't know if this may help in filtering in only plg-trial instances in dashboards.
