safari extension not working on github.com

• Sourcegraph version:22.11.24.2104
• Platform information:mac os 11.2.3, safari version 14.0.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. mac os 11.2.3, safari version 14.0.3, installed sourcegraph extension version 22.11.24.2104
2. open github, sourcegraph icon not appear on github tool list, next to "watch". On safari panel, it does appears with right status. On chrome it works.
